Converse offers free returns within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked, even if you have worn the sneakers. We want to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your individual expression.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our system; if you are a Converse.com member, return shipping is always free.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn or worn items in their original packaging, secure the box with tape, and attach the printed shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the designated shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
